The Role
As an Administrator, you will work closely with senior team members of the team to ensure the delivery of exceptional client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular contact
- Maintain client records and back-office systems in line with company policies
- Request policy information from third-party providers
- Liaise with operational teams for support on transfers, corporate actions, and data changes
- Prepare meeting packs and valuations
- Collaborate with colleagues and share best practices
Who we are looking for:
- Ideally you will have financial services experience (banking, mortgages, financial planning, investments etc)
- Our client will also consider graduates with a genuine interest in the industry
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator who enjoys working with clients and colleagues
