Our client is a well-established financial services business with a strong national presence. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to join their team.

The Role

As an Administrator, you will work closely with senior team members of the team to ensure the delivery of exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular contact
  • Maintain client records and back-office systems in line with company policies
  • Request policy information from third-party providers
  • Liaise with operational teams for support on transfers, corporate actions, and data changes
  • Prepare meeting packs and valuations
  • Collaborate with colleagues and share best practices

Who we are looking for:

  • Ideally you will have financial services experience (banking, mortgages, financial planning, investments etc)
  • Our client will also consider graduates with a genuine interest in the industry
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who enjoys working with clients and colleagues
