Overview:

We are seeking a Nourish/Quality Specialist to come and support our client's service. As a Nourish Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the care plans are up-to-date and aligned with CQC standards whilst also supporting the team with the implementation of the system.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the team to implement the Service Improvement Plan

- Update and enhance care plans, ensuring they are in line with the latest CQC guidelines

- Implement templates into the system to streamline care documentation

- Refresh and update all policies and procedures to meet the highest quality standards

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of CQC guidelines and ability to stay up-to-date with any changes

- Proficiency in using the Nourish platform and implementing templates

- Proven medication management experience, system transition is preferable

- Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and collaborate effectively with teams

- Familiarity with local governing body is a plus
