About the Role


We are seeking an experienced and proactive Drainage Engineer to join a property maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining drainage systems across residential and commercial properties, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.Key

Responsibilities



Inspect, maintain, and repair drainage systems, including pipes, gullies, and manholes.

Carry out CCTV drainage surveys and fault diagnostics.

Respond to emergency call-outs and resolve drainage issues promptly.

Work closely with property maintenance teams to deliver high-quality service.

Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.

Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.



Requirements



Proven experience as a Drainage Engineer or similar role.

Knowledge of drainage systems, repair techniques, and relevant regulations.

Ability to operate drainage equipment (jetting machines, CCTV survey tools).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Full UK driving license (essential).

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
