We are looking for anElectrical Contract Managerwho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.

TheElectrical Contract Manager,will be responsible for:

Lead thedelivery of electrical projectsfrom pre-construction through to handover.

Manage project planning, resourcing, budgets, and timelines.

Conductsite visits, surveys, client meetings, inspections, and handovers(travel and overnight stays may be required).

Provideguidance, support, and leadershipto project teams, monitoring performance and development.

Overseeprocurement of materials, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring cost efficiency.

Manage thecustomer relationship, handling expectations and resolving disputes.

Prepare and presentCost Value Reconciliation (CVR) forecaststo management.

Liaise withDesign, Estimating, and Subcontract teamsto ensure successful project delivery.

Drive performance improvements and promote continuous development within the operations team.

Ensure strict compliance withHealth & Safety, statutory testing, and industry standards(IEE, NICEIC, JCT, NEC etc.).

Maintain accurate project documentation, permits to work, and compliance registers.

Identify and maximise opportunities forextra works and revenue growth.
To be successful for this Electrical Contract Manager role you must have:

Coreelectrical qualifications(NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds).

Ideally,HNC / HND in Electrical or Building Services Engineering.

Proven experience as anElectrical Contract Manager or Project Manager.

Strong background inHealth & Safety management, includingCDM Regulations.

Strongclient relationship management and communication skills.
