Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

Location: Exeter

Hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am-5:00PM

Salary:£25,000 - £26,000

The Role :

Our client is seeking a confident Customer Service Administrator to join their team based in Exeter. The ideal candidate will be helping to provide excellent service and support the Customer Service Executives by providing an efficient response to incoming enquiries, processing documents accurately and actioning tasks in a timely manner.

Key Duties :

  • Liaise closely with and provide support for the Customer Service Executives.
  • Process all documentation correctly an maintain files and records according to procedures.
  • Ability to pick up and use multiple systems for various tasks quickly.
  • Forward queries and keep managers, supervisors, colleagues informed as necessary.
  • Maintaining accurate records.
  • Action all messages received from customers in a timely manner.
  • Carry out tasks to comply with Company Policy and Health & Safety.
  • Maintain confidentiality of Company and customer business.
  • Foster and maintain good working relations with customers, Company and colleagues..

About You :

  • Excellent IT and administration skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Confident in dealing with customers
  • Great customer service skills and ethos
  • Must have a proactive approach to work with the ability to self-manage
  • Must be methodical and very well organise
