JOB TITLE:       Customer Service Technician/Multi TraderLOCATION:     Tiverton and surrounding, DevonSALARY:            Circa £34000,  depending on experience103446The Employer:We are looking to fill the role of Customer Service Technician within a housing environment.RGB are excitedly recruiting on behalf of an extremely prestigious West Country based client, a successful company who pride themselves on the ability to provide bespoke homes and neighbourhoods in local areas, always considering environment and countryside surroundings.This particular client is rapidly growing and will continue to build and provide great homes, generating local jobs and providing stability within communities, they offer generous employee packages making them a much sought after employer.Technicians typically work on the brand-new properties to assist the new customers with minor snagging or help in plots with customers who may have a complaint or more urgent items.The Role:
  • Maintenance and repairs to new build properties
  • Assess and carry out works needed for tenants
  • Undertaking customer service issues
  • Using a laptop to record repairs and organise workload
The Candidate:
  • Experience in similar role or trade background, preferably with experience of carpentry, decoration and general maintenance
  • Understanding of customer needs and ability to think quickly when needed
  • Courteous and professional manner
  • Able to prioritise conflicting demands
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records of information
  • Experience of New Build housing an advantage
  • Clean Driving licence
SUMMARY:This is full time role, working a 37 hour week over 5 days.Monday to Friday 8am - 5pmThis position comes with a company van, pension and 25 days annual leave.
