Maintenance and repairs to new build properties
Assess and carry out works needed for tenants
Undertaking customer service issues
Using a laptop to record repairs and organise workload

The Candidate:

Experience in similar role or trade background, preferably with experience of carpentry, decoration and general maintenance
Understanding of customer needs and ability to think quickly when needed
Courteous and professional manner
Able to prioritise conflicting demands
Great communication skills
Ability to maintain accurate records of information
Experience of New Build housing an advantage
Clean Driving licence

SUMMARY:This is full time role, working a 37 hour week over 5 days.Monday to Friday 8am - 5pmThis position comes with a company van, pension and 25 days annual leave.
