Job Purpose- Manage and support a range of corporate finance transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, mergers, MBOs, and MBIs
- Deliver business valuations using a variety of recognised methods, including multiples-based analysis
- Lead and review financial due diligence processes, including report drafting and team oversight
- Liaise with clients, legal advisers, in-house specialists, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Draft engagement documents and manage deal databases
- Participate in business development, attend networking events, support deal origination, and contribute to new business pitches
- Collaborate with other service lines to offer clients a seamless, integrated experience
- Oversee delivery alongside directors and partners, taking ownership of project outcomes

- Solid corporate finance experience, particularly within the SME sector
- Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen
- A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude and genuine enthusiasm for business development
- High attention to detail and strong analytical, evaluative thinking
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines under pressure
- Collaborative and adaptable team player, comfortable working in a dynamic environment
