We are exclusively partnering with a high-growth business on a key leadership hire - Head of Finance.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of critical finance operations, drive billing and payments excellence, and lead strategic improvements in revenue assurance.

About the Role

You’ll report to the Finance Director and lead a small team while also managing outsourced partners. Your focus will be on ensuring billing accuracy, reducing revenue leakage, improving customer experience, and building robust systems and processes to support the next stage of business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and improve end-to-end billing, payments, and revenue assurance processes.
  • Financial reporting and analysis.
  • Drive billing accuracy, timeliness, and completeness - supporting customer satisfaction and cash flow.
  • Manage relationships with key third-party partners and ensure compliance.
  • Build and operate revenue assurance controls that prevent revenue loss and improve data transparency.
  • Deliver systems and process enhancements to increase operational maturity and effectiveness.
  • Provide insights and reporting to senior stakeholders, identifying risks and opportunities across customer revenue streams.

What We’re Looking For

  • ACA qualified accountant from Audit or in Audit.
  • Proven experience in finance operations, billing, and payments - ideally within a high-volume consumer businesses.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort working cross-functionally at a senior level.
  • Experience with revenue assurance, regulatory compliance, and managing third-party service providers.
  • Strong data skills (Power BI) and ability to drive continuous improvement and systems development.
  • A commercially aware finance leader who thrives in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
