A Tier One Main Contractor is seeking a talented and dedicated Administrator to join our team in Exeter

What you'll be doing:

This isn't your average admin role! You'll be the backbone of our project operations, ensuring seamless coordination and communication. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Project Lifeline: Providing essential administrative support to our project teams, keeping everything on track and on schedule.

  • Document Dynamo: Managing and organising project documentation with exceptional accuracy, ensuring information flows smoothly.

  • Communication Central: Acting as a key point of contact, handling inquiries, and facilitating effective communication between site and office teams.

  • Logistics Legend: Coordinating meetings, managing diaries, and arranging travel like a pro.

  • Problem-Solving Powerhouse: Tackling administrative challenges with a positive attitude and finding efficient solutions.

  • Procurement Pal: Assisting with procurement processes, including raising purchase orders and tracking deliveries.

  • Data Guru: Maintaining accurate records, inputting data, and generating reports to keep everyone informed.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Proven administrative experience, ideally within a construction or similar fast-paced industry.

  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.

  • A knack for prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • A proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
