JOB TITLE: Office Administrator

LOCATION: Exeter

SALARY: 24,000- 26,000

HOURS: Full time, 08.00am-4.00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm, early finish on Fridays 4:30pm.

THE COMPANY: A well established independent recruitment firm who are experiencing an exciting period of growth.

THE ROLE: This is a varied administration role where you will be working closely in a team to ensure all timesheets are processed accurately and on time . You will be joining a team who all support each other and work towards a common goal in a positive, fast - paced environment. You will be an integral part of this team and responsibilities will include:

Daily duties will include:

  • Inputting timesheets for payroll processing
  • Chasing clients for Purchase Order numbers
  • Sending out invoices and following up on payments
  • Data entry for banking information
  • Managing and correcting timesheet errors
  • Communicating with candidates to ensure timely submission of timesheets

  • Strong IT and MS Office skills
  • Proactive attitude
  • Works well in a team, and happy communicating with the wider company
