As a newly qualified Commercial Property Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases, including acquisitions, disposals, lease agreements, and property finance matters. To apply or register your interest please contact Penny on or email: Key responsibilities:• Assisting senior solicitors in managing commercial property transactions• Conducting legal research and providing relevant advice to clients• Drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements• Participating in negotiations and settlement discussions• Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders• Staying up-to-date with changes in legislation and industry trendsTo excel in this role, you will need:• Recently qualified as a Solicitor with a focus on Commercial Property Law with experience of working within a top tier law firm.• A strong academic background in law with a minimum of a 2:1 degree • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines• A proactive and solution-oriented approach• Strong attention to detail and organizational skillseNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
