What will you do?
- Advise on all aspects of property litigation and associated commercial litigation (ie insolvency & debt recovery)
- Act for small and medium sized businesses, local/regional charities, regional/national housing associations as well as private individuals
- Handle Landlord & Tenant matters
- Manage cross referrals from other teams
What will you need?
- To be a Newly Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive or have up to 5 years PQE within litigation
- Litigation Solicitors and Legal Executives looking to diversify into property litigation are welcome to apply
