Key Responsibilities

You will manage your own caseload of private client work, advising a varied client base on:

  • Wills and estate planning
  • Trusts and probate matters
  • Powers of Attorney (LPA)
  • Inheritance Tax (IHT) and wealth protection strategies
  • Court of Protection (if applicable to your experience)

You’ll also be encouraged to get involved with business development and grow your presence within the local community and professional networks.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years’ experience in private client work (solicitor, legal executive or experienced fee earner)
  • Ability to manage files independently and confidently communicate with clients
  • STEP or ACTAPS qualification desirable (or working towards it)
  • A proactive and professional attitude with a client-focused approach
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
