Your new firmA leading law firm is seeking a part-time Knowledge Lawyer (3-4 days per week) to join its busy and well respected Trusts and Estates team in Exeter.Your new roleFocused on enhancing the department's non-contentious practice, this role provides legal knowledge, training, and resources to support fee earners. As a non-fee earning position, you will play a vital part in keeping the team informed of the latest legal developments and market trends, contributing to the delivery of technically robust and high-quality client service.Core responsibilities include drafting and maintaining internal knowledge assets such as guidance notes, precedents, and templates, as well as delivering structured training and updates across key areas including wills, succession planning, trusts, probate, taxation, and comprehensive wealth management.What you'll need to succeedYou will be an experienced Private Wealth lawyer with a proven ability to deliver outstanding client care and navigate complex needs. Organised and detail-oriented, you'll manage projects effectively under pressure. A proactive team player with excellent communication skills, you'll build trusted relationships across the firm.
