Your Responsibilities: 

You will manage a full residential caseload, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages, transfer of equity and buy-to-let transactions
  • Right to Buy, shared ownership and Help to Buy schemes
  • New build purchases and related development plot work
  • Submission of SDLT returns and post-completion formalities
  • Land Registry applications – both registered and unregistered land

You’ll be supported by administrative staff and conveyancing colleagues across other branches

Your Profile:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner
  • Open to those part-qualified or unqualified with proven experience in managing a full caseload
  • Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience in residential property law
  • Comfortable managing transactions independently from instruction to completion
  • Strong organisational and client care skills essential
