Key Requirements
- Qualification: Level 3 in Early Years or Childcare (e.g., NVQ Level 3, CACHE Level 3 Diploma).
- Experience: Minimum 6 months’ recent experience as a qualified Early Years Practitioner.
- Transport: Access to a reliable vehicle with valid business car insurance.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities aligned with EYFS.
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Adhere to all nursery policies, especially safeguarding and health & safety.
