Key responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust process engineering procedures.
- Reduce process-related scrap and drive cost-effective production solutions.
- Provide technical support for production and customer qualification requirements.
- Produce detailed qualification reports and review metallurgical designs for compliance.
- Lead and support engineering projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Interact directly with customers to resolve technical challenges.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Review and approve metallurgical requirements in customer specifications.
- Drive process improvement projects with a focus on quality, consistency, and cost reduction.
