Immediate temporary requirement has arisen at this thriving Build-to-Rent company for a proactive Leasing Associate to take the lead in converting enquiries and viewings into tenancies.
Responsibilities:

Be the first point of contact for lettings enquiries

Conduct viewings with the focus to convert to tenancies
-
Build rapport quickly with prospective residents
-
Ensure referencing process is undertaken, all documentation is accurate and issue tenancy contracts

Handle inventories and pre-tenancy checks
Requirements:
-
Experience in Leasing/Lettings within Property, BTR, PBSA or similar environment
-
A proactive, sales-driven mindset with a passion for exceptional customer service
-
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
-
Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities to positively influence outcomes

IT proficiencyÂ
-
Adaptability, commercial awareness, and the ability to prioritise under pressure.
