Are you an experienced Lettings Negotiator (or property candidate) looking for an opportunity to grow within a thriving independent agency? Our client is seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join their dynamic team in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity for a lettings professional eager to progress their career in a supportive and ambitious environment.???????Key Responsibilities:
- Register and qualify new applicants.
- Conduct property check-ins, check-outs, and routine inspections.
- Generate and accompany property viewings, providing an excellent customer experience.
- Follow up on viewings, gather feedback, and maintain strong communication with landlords and tenants.
- Carry out property valuations and take accurate details
- Negotiate tenancy terms between landlords and tenants.
- Stay up to date with current lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Honest, ethical, and customer focused.
- Well-presented, professional, and highly driven.
- Articulate and proactive, with strong negotiation skills.
- Some property experience.
- Hardworking, detail-oriented, and willing to go the extra mile.
- Strong knowledge of the local area.
- A full UK driving license and access to a car.
If you’re passionate about property and looking to take the next step in your lettings career, we’d love to hear from you! Monday to Friday 9-5.30 and Saturdays on a rota with time off in lieu.
