Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer

Super opportunity to be part of an established office in the Exeter area, as a senior sales negotiator / valuer with a basic salary around £27,000 plus commission offering an earning potential of up to £35,000 with 7% of office commission for an experienced candidate. They are offering a guarantee for the first six months of £32,000 and have excellent 9-5pm working hours plus a five-day week.Our client is a well-known and established property agent with a great reputation, and they specialise in residential and student lettings as well as property sales. They are looking for an experienced estate agent who is reliable, committed, loyal and friendly to join and work on the existing properties for sale and assist with valuations, viewings and take ons in the local area as well as some social media marketing of the properties and sales progression. They also specialise in helping investors with the purchase and sale of properties so you will need to work closely with the lettings team and build good relationships.The candidate they are looking for must be an experienced valuer, already working in the Industry, with a proven track record in property sales and instructions. They are looking for a can-do attitude and someone who is seeking a long-term role. "A good all-rounder" able to hit the ground running. You will be highly professional, a great team player and organised, with an approachable and personable nature.
