We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our Recruitment/HR team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in phone interviewing candidates, maintaining interview schedules, and supporting on-site events such as interviews and open days. If you have a knack for excellent phone customer service and decision-making, we would love to hear from you.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Conduct phone interviews with potential candidates, assessing their suitability for various roles.
  • Maintain and manage interview schedules, ensuring all parties are well-informed and prepared.
  • Provide logistical support for on-site events, including interviews and open days, to ensure they run smoothly.
  • Utilise strong communication skills to deliver exceptional phone customer service.
  • Make informed decisions that contribute to the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role within a Recruitment or HR setting.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective decision-making skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
