We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our Recruitment/HR team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in phone interviewing candidates, maintaining interview schedules, and supporting on-site events such as interviews and open days. If you have a knack for excellent phone customer service and decision-making, we would love to hear from you.
Day-to-day of the role:- Conduct phone interviews with potential candidates, assessing their suitability for various roles.
- Maintain and manage interview schedules, ensuring all parties are well-informed and prepared.
- Provide logistical support for on-site events, including interviews and open days, to ensure they run smoothly.
- Utilise strong communication skills to deliver exceptional phone customer service.
- Make informed decisions that contribute to the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process.
- Proven experience in an administrative role within a Recruitment or HR setting.
- Excellent phone etiquette and a customer-oriented approach.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective decision-making skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.98.

- Regular working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
