Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor - Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity? Our residential development client, based in Suffolk is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the company for 1 day per week to support with an upcoming project.

Their aim is to build properties that are architecturally individual blending both traditional and contemporary styles whilst enhancing the environments in which they are situated.
 
Your role:

·Conducting cost analysis and preparing estimates for residential projects.
·Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
·Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
·Monitoring project progress and providing regular financial reports.
·Advising on procurement strategies and contract management.
 
Requirements:

·Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential development.
·Strong analytical and numerical skills.
·Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
·Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
·Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
 
Offer:

·Day rate of £225 - £250
