About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Finance Administrator to support our client based in Falkirk. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate and timely processing of receipts related to property sales and customer transactions. You will work in a collaborative environment, playing a critical role in maintaining our high standards of service and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming receipts and payments with precision, ensuring accurate allocation to customer accounts.
  • Matching these up with the relevant invoices.
  • Maintain and update financial records in our accounting software.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies related to receipts.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports to track any outstanding information.
  • Support the finance team with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and financial regulations.
  • Respond to queries from customers and colleagues regarding receipts and payments.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the finance department.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or finance role is advantageous, ideally within the construction or real estate sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
