About the Role
As Spa Manager, you will:
- Lead and develop a talented team of therapists and spa hosts
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and personalised service
- Deliver high standards across spa operations, cleanliness and safety
- Manage spa memberships, guest engagement and retention
- Oversee stock control, spa promotions and event participation
- Conduct regular health & safety checks and contractor coordination
- Carry out treatments and duty management responsibilities as required
