As an IFA Administrator,you will play a key role in delivering high-quality support to financial advisers and clients. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for client service, strong organisational skills, and a desire to progress within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling enquiries and providing excellent service
  • Support Financial Advisers with all administrative tasks relating to investments, pensions, and mortgages
  • Book and manage adviser calendars and client appointments
  • Prepare meeting packs, valuation reports, and new business application forms
  • Ensure all client files and records are compliant and accurately maintained
  • Process new business and monitor cases through to completion
  • Draft correspondence to clients and providers
  • Provide clients with regular updates, valuations, and case status
  • Maintain the back-office system and handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

What You’ll Need

  • Previous experience in a client servicing or financial planning support role (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong client-focused approach
  • Ability to build relationships with clients, providers, and investment partners
  • Understanding of financial products and processes is an advantage
  • Team-oriented with a proactive, organised approach to work
