Who are you?

  • Care passionately about the education and wellbeing of pupils with SEN.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative, tailoring learning to each child’s strengths.
  • Resilient and adaptable, able to inspire and engage pupils with diverse needs.
  • Successful experience of managing behaviour of pupils.
  • Experience with EHCPs.
  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.

What are your responsibilities?

  • Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons tailored to meet diverse learning needs, with clear objectives and assessment strategies.
  • Support SEND pupils through differentiated tasks, structured learning, and targeted interventions.
  • Monitor, assess, and record pupil progress to inform planning and report to parents and stakeholders
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure holistic support for pupils.
  • Lead or contribute to curriculum development and school improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain high professional standards, participate in school events, and engage in ongoing professional development.
