Implementations and Training Technician
Fareham, Hampshire | 40-45k | Permanent | 37.5 hrs (Mon-Fri)

A leading technology solutions provider is seeking an Implementation and Training Technician to support client deployments, deliver training, and assist with technical project work. This is a client-facing role involving on-site visits across the UK, with occasional overnight stays.
- Carry out site visits for installations, troubleshooting and client training.
- Deliver software demonstrations and support sales presentations.
- Provide remote and in-person training and respond to training queries.
- Assist with project planning, scoping, and stakeholder communication.
- Test software/systems, manage imaging processes, deploy APIs, and support cloud-hosted environments.
- Contribute to security, compliance, and software release management.
- Produce documentation and provide handovers to support teams.
- Complete occasional out-of-hours tasks (TOIL provided) and identify upsell opportunities.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence.
- Experience with desktop/server OS and SQL Server.
- Experience delivering training (remote and face-to-face).
- Recent experience in a similar technical role.
- Flexibility for UK travel and overnight stays.
Desirable Skills
- Networking and hardware familiarity.
- Azure experience.
- App deployment knowledge.
