Development Engineer role where you will play a crucial part in the future expansion of a cutting edge technology company that will provide comprehensive training on their products.

Do you have a degree or equivalent qualification in a scientific or engineering discipline? Have you got a proven development background or knowledge with Fibre Optics or associated technology?

This company are a well-established manufacturer of a range of products that serve into a variety of industries around the globe. They are currently rapidly expanding and are looking to add to their highly skilled and specialist team.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting Technical issues as well as conducting application developments and test for customer in Europe. You will research, create and help expand the division as well as the products.

The ideal person will be degree qualified within a scientific or engineering discipline. You will have experience of fibre optics or associated technology and will have developed strong technical skills throughout your career. You will be comfortable liaising with senior management in industry to scientists within academic institutions and will be flexible to travel throughout the UK and Europe.
