PPC Specialist

A growing e-commerce business in Fareham, who are in the automotive accessories space, are looking for a PPC Manager to take the lead on its paid search activity. If you enjoy working in a role where your actions have a clear, visible impact you're comfortable managing digital marketing campaigns from strategy through to execution might suit you well.

You'll work alongside the supportive and practical Marketing team, where collaboration is part of how things get done, with this role remaining as a standalone position. Based in Fareham, this role is solely office based for the first 3 months due to the nature of the role, the existing marketing campaigns and working directly with the products. After this hybrid will be allowed.

What You'll Be Doing - PPC Specialist:

  • Planning, setting up, and optimising PPC campaigns across Google and Bing.
  • Conducting keyword research and building ad groups that align with user intent.
  • Monitoring performance and making data-led adjustments to improve results.
  • Working with the Merchandising Team to identify landing pages that need support or improvement.
  • Collaborating with the Buying Team to support the launch of new products through paid channels.
  • Running A/B tests to test creative and copy variations.
  • Managing budgets and adjusting bids to keep campaigns efficient.
  • Sharing regular insights and reports with key stakeholders.
  • Keeping an eye on industry changes and platform updates to adjust strategy when needed.

What We're Looking For in the PPC Specialist:

  • Solid hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, ideally across both Google and Bing Ads.
  • Certified in Google and Bing Ads.
  • Comfortable analysing campaign data and acting on it.
  • Familiar with testing strategies, bid management, and platform tools.
  • Experience with Meta Ads is a bonus, but not required.
  • Able to work independently while staying aligned with team and business goals.
