Admin Team Leader

Wild Recruitment are pleased to be partnered exclusively with a leading E-Commerce business based in Fareham in their search for a Administration Team Leader.

In this role you will supervise a small team of 3 which will continue to grow and support with day to day administration

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth working day
  • Manage team performance
  • Distribute tasks to each member of the team to ensure tasks are completed within a certain time frame
  • Remove and add new product listings onto the website and other selling platforms
  • Communicate with other managers to discuss best practices

Ideally you will:

  • Have experience in managing a team
  • Ideally have experience in working within an E-Commerce setting
  • Have strong administration experience
  • Have strong leadership skills
  • Have exceptional organisational skills
