Role: Warehouse Operative / ForkliftLocation: FarehamHourly Rate: £12.21+ per hourDuration: Temp to PermWorking Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pmStart Date: ASAP - Tuesday 6th May We are seeking a Warehouse Operative / Driver to join our client’s busy team in Fareham. This role is ideal for someone who is efficient in handling warehouse duties including picking, packing, and managing goods in and out. Experience with operating a flexi forklift and working with high shelving and moving pallets is essential. This position offers a pathway from temporary to permanent employment.Day-to-day of the role:

• Efficiently pick and pack items as per company requirements.
• Manage the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate handling in and out of the warehouse.
• Operate a flexi forklift safely to move and organise pallets and stock.
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in the warehouse environment.
• Work as part of a team of 6, contributing to the team's effectiveness and stepping in to replace a departing team member.
• Ensure all operations are completed in compliance with company standards and regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and forklift operation.
• Flexi forklift certification is essential.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Commitment to maintaining health and safety standards.
