Were hiring an Air Source Heat Pump Trainer to join our technical training team at our flagship centre in Whiteley. Youll work exclusively with experienced engineers who are making the move into renewable heating systems, including Air Source, Solar Thermal, and future low-carbon tech.
This is your chance to leave the tools behind (or keep a toe in) and use your real-world knowledge to help others build the skills our industry needs for Net Zero.
?? What Youll DoDeliver hands-on, face-to-face training in Air Source Heat Pump systems, including installation, commissioning, servicing, and fault diagnosis
Support candidates through Cert-ain and OFTEC-accredited training programmes
Deliver additional modules such as Water Regulations, hot water systems, and unvented cylinders (training provided if needed)
Create a positive, safe and inspiring learning environment for adult learners
You dont need to be a qualified tutorwell fund your Level 3 Award in Education & Training and help you gain any assessor awards or endorsements needed to teach accredited qualifications. If youve got the industry expertise, well invest in the rest.
? What Youll BringA strong plumbing and heating background (minimum NVQ Level 2 or 3)
Hands-on experience with Air Source Heat Pump systems ideally with manufacturer or MCS training
Confidence in fault-finding, system design, and compliance
A supportive, professional approach with great communication skills
Work in a purpose-built, modern training centre in Whiteley
Be part of a growing Net Zero group focused on quality and impact
