Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant
Location: Fareham
Pay: £13.68 to £14.88 per hour
Type: Part-Time / Full-Time
Start Date: September 2025

The ideal candidate for Graduate Teaching Assistant role should be:

Caring and enthusiastic.
Resilient and optimistic.
Graduates with a desire to explore a career in education
Experience of working as a Teaching Assistant is preferred
Core subject degrees such as Maths, English, Science, History, Geography, or PE (for aspiring teachers)
Confident in managing challenging behaviour.
Show a strong commitment to safeguarding.

To work with GSL Education as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you should:

Have the right to work in the UK.
Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
