Daily Rate: £82.10 to £104.16

Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers with lesson preparation, classroom management, and resource development.
Provide tailored support to students to help them grasp challenging content.
Foster a supportive and positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation.
Help implement creative teaching techniques and learning interventions.
Play a key role in nurturing students’ confidence, well-being, and motivation.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in Education or a related subject area.
Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday.
Enthusiastic, compassionate, and adaptable nature.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply through GSL Education).
A verifiable and checkable work history.
Team player with strong communication and initiative.

Desirable:

Previous experience working with children with special educational needs.
Knowledge of relevant SEN strategies and interventions.
Additional qualifications in education or psychology.

Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
