Join our Whiteley based Technology team and turn your curiosity into capability. we’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Technology Service Delivery Analyst to join this crucial function at the heart of our business. This team is responsible for delivering rapid, high-quality IT support to colleagues across the organisation, ensuring they have the tools and help they need to work effectively.
The role
As our Service Delivery Analyst, you’ll provide first line support to all colleagues across the business who may be seeking IT assistance.Â
You’ll manage support requests through our Service Desk platform, troubleshoot technical issues, escalate more complex problems to the appropriate teams or third-party vendors, and keep users informed every step of the way. You’ll also help maintain accurate records of IT assets, manage stock of consumables, and offer guidance on how to get the most out of our systems.
