A well known aerospace organisation are currently seeking two experienced Production Planners to join their team in Fareham.
- Duration: 6-month contract
- Pay: 20-25 per hour (Inside IR35)
- Working Pattern: Fully onsite
- Location: Fareham
As a Production Planner, you'll play a key role in scheduling and executing production plans, ensuring the manufacturing team can operate smoothly and deliver on the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule production orders in line with the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
Work with operations to ensure plans are executed efficiently and on time.
Monitor and adjust production schedules to meet demand priorities and inventory targets.
Communicate with stakeholders and escalate issues where required to maintain plan adherence.
Maintain accurate records and use ERP systems to track production progress.
Drive continuous improvements in scheduling processes and production flow.

Key Requirements
Experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.
Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, InforXA, MFG/PRO, or CERP)
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
Practical, hands-on approach with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
