Fawkes & Reece are working closely with a Tier 1 Main Contractor in the search for a highly skilled MEPH Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a prestigious project in Central London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established construction business known for delivering complex and high-value projects across the capital. The successful candidate will play a key commercial role in the delivery of a major, high-profile scheme, leading on all mechanical, electrical, public health (MEPH) packages.

Key Responsibilities:

Management of MEPH sub-contract packages from procurement through to final account
Cost reporting and forecasting
Ensuring variations and change are effectively managed
Commercial support to the wider project team
Liaising with client, supply chain and internal stakeholders
Contract administration (NEC/JCT)

Requirements:

Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on large-scale construction projects
Strong knowledge of MEPH systems and subcontractor management
Experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors is highly desirable
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure
Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills

What's On Offer:

Salary between 80,000 - 90,000
