We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Brake Press Operative to join a manufacturing company in Farnborough. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation of press brake machinery, ensuring high-quality metal components are produced accurately and timely.
Job Title: Brake Press Operator
Location: Farnborough
Working Hours: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Employment Basis: Permanent, Full-Time
- Operate and maintain press brake machinery safely and efficiently.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Set up machines and tooling for daily operations.
- Conduct regular quality checks, ensuring all products meet stringent quality standards.
- Maintain machinery, reporting any malfunctions promptly to management.
- Adhere to all health and safety standards and company protocols.
- Experience operating press brake machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable team player with good communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Holidays - 20 days per annum plus Bank Holidays
