Teaching Assistants - Surrey | Start Date: September 2025

Quantum Scholars are working with a number of mainstream secondary schools across Surrey, who are looking to welcome new Teaching Assistants to their teams from September 2025.

Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant or seeking your first opportunity in education, we would love to hear from you!

About the Role:

  • Supporting students in and out of the classroom

  • Working closely with teachers to deliver targeted learning support

  • Assisting with behaviour management and the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

  • Contributing to the wider school community and helping ensure all students reach their full potential

What We're Looking For:

  • A genuine interest in working with young people in an educational setting

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Patience, adaptability, and a proactive attitude

  • Previous experience in a school environment is desirable but not essential

Requirements:

  • You must have the right to work in the UK

  • You must already be residing in the UK
