We are recruiting Teaching Assistants (TAs) and Support Workers to work in secondary mainstream and special educational needs (SEN) schools across Camberley and the surrounding Surrey areas, starting September 2025.

The Role:
  • Supporting students in the classroom, either 1:1 or in small groups

  • Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons

  • Supporting students with special educational needs, behavioural needs, or learning difficulties

  • Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Requirements:
  • Must have the right to work in the UK

  • We cannot accept applications from candidates who require a Skilled Worker visa

  • Experience working with children or young people (in education or care settings) is desirable

  • A calm, patient, and empathetic approach

  • Willingness to work flexibly and support a range of needs

  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
