Senior Finance Analyst - EMEA Sales & Margin Strategy
Are you a finance professional with a sharp analytical mind and a passion for driving commercial performance? We're looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join our high-performing EMEA Finance team. This pivotal role will see you working closely with leadership across Sales, Finance, and Operations to deliver data-driven insights and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our sales and margin reporting.
What You'll Be Doing-
Own the production, analysis, and continuous refinement of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Forecasts (STF) for EMEA unit sales and margins.

Provide detailed Explanation of Change (EOC) analysis, identifying key drivers and presenting findings in review forums with actionable insight.

Collaborate with Sales and FP&A leadership to prepare high-impact presentation materials for VP-level stakeholders.

Act as a trusted Business Partner to ABDs and Solution Leads-challenging assumptions, influencing decisions, and driving financial performance.

Ensure planning data is accurately uploaded into SAP, and make ongoing updates to the Profitability Analysis module to support precise reporting.

Maintain and enhance the TPM database and month-end reporting processes, ensuring timeliness and quality in divisional submissions.

Generate monthly reporting packs for Sales, Finance, and Territory teams, including market commentary, variance analysis, and key performance trends.

Collaborate with Shared Services to guarantee pricing and volume consistency across all platforms and datasets.

Strong analytical background with experience in sales and margin reporting

Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; SAP and TPM experience highly desirable

A commercially focused mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders

Excellent communication skills and the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights

Experience working in a multinational, matrixed organisation is a plus

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent finance qualification preferred
