- Manage the end-to-end payroll process for all employees
- Ensure compliance with HMRC legislation and internal policies
- Maintain payroll records and ensure accurate reporting
- Manage payroll queries and provide support to employees and managers
- Oversee a team of 6 experienced payroll professionals
- Liaise with external providers, including pension and benefit partners
- Support with year-end processes, including P60s and P11Ds
- Proven experience in a similar payroll management role
- Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Proficiency with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Sage, or similar)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
