Service Coordinator

Salary: £28,000-£30,000

Location: Camberley

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Service Desk Coordinator to support and manage day-to-day operations my Fire and Security clients team. This full-time role is essential in coordinating engineer schedules, handling service requests, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities

Log and manage service requests via phone/email

Schedule and dispatch engineers based on urgency and location

Coordinate daily diaries and logistical support

Communicate with clients, providing updates and resolving queries

Support engineers and ensure equipment is ordered/booked

Schedule services, quoted works, faults, and revisits

Close completed jobs and assist with reporting

Log complaints and assist with key account support

Follow service procedures and suggest process improvements

This role requires strong communication, organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Skills

Experience using Simpro (essential)

Experience working within the Fire and Security industry

Good phone and email communication

Strong organisational skills

Confident talking to customers and solving problems

Able to work in a fast-paced environment
