Join our dynamic but traditional friendly, legal team as a Conveyancing Paralegal in Farnborough. This role is ideal for a proactive and experienced individual who is confident in managing their own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion.
Day-to-day of the role:- Handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Draft and review legal documents including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documentation.
- Conduct searches, prepare reports on title, and deal with Land Registry applications.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records using the firm’s case management system.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in using case management systems and Microsoft Office.
