Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Family Legal Assistant to support our Family Law team. The successful candidate will assist solicitors with case preparation, client communication, document management, and administrative tasks related to family law matters including divorce, child custody, domestic violence, and financial settlements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to family law solicitors.
  • Draft legal documents such as petitions, statements, and court forms.
  • Manage case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Liaise with clients, courts, and third parties via phone, email, and in person.
  • Schedule appointments, hearings, and meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
