Due to the nature of role, you must be a driver. The role is full time and office based. It is a permanent role offering a salary of up to £28,000 with amazing benefits, based near Farnborough.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain organised and tidy stock room areas to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Manage the timely and accurate receipt of all incoming equipment, kit, and assets.
- Raise and update Purchase orders.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Senior and cover during absences to maintain smooth operation of the department.
- Prepare kit and assets for dispatch to sites and field based technicians.
- Oversee post room operations, ensuring all incoming and outgoing deliveries are processed accurately and within agreed timeframes.
- Escort delivery drivers to and from site gates, managing all logistics related to deliveries.
- PAT testing stock room equipment.
- Ability to juggle a demanding workload whilst maintaining exceptional accuracy.

- Preferably experience in a logistics, stock or post room role or similar administrative role within asset/stock management
