Our client is recruiting for a detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join their compliance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in compliance within a supportive and professional office environment. The role is fully office-based and involves processing documentation accurately, supporting audits, and providing essential administrative support to ensure internal compliance procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities:Documentation Review

Accurately process and verify compliance-related documentation

Maintain up-to-date and organised records in line with company and regulatory standards

Compliance Support

Assist with monitoring compliance procedures

Support audit preparations and internal reviews

Administrative Duties

General admin tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence management

Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required

Liaise with other departments to ensure effective compliance operations

Reporting

Generate regular compliance reports

Identify and escalate discrepancies or issues to the compliance manager

Requirements:Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a compliance or regulatory setting

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Familiarity with compliance systems is a plus

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Discreet, reliable, and able to manage sensitive information
