What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Conducting viewings and handling negotiations
- Progressing sales from offer to completion
- Building strong relationships with clients and buyers
- Generating and following up on leads
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator is essential
- Proven sales and negotiation ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Smart, articulate, and well-presented
- Highly motivated, with a proactive approach to work
- Strong knowledge of the Farnborough area is a plus
- Full UK Driving Licence and own car is essential
- A professional and committed attitude to estate agency
