EYFS Class Teacher - SEN School (Camberley)
Full-time | September start | MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance
Dunbar Education are recruiting on behalf of a wonderful SEN school in Camberley for a passionate and dedicated EYFS Class Teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, friendly, warm and welcoming Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in an inclusive and inspiring environment.
The Role
- Teach and nurture pupils in the EYFS phase, adapting learning to meet a wide range of needs.
- Deliver engaging lessons tailored to pupils' individual education plans (IEPs).
- Take responsibility for the pastoral care and safeguarding of pupils.
- Collaborate with support staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children.
- Maintain accurate records of planning, assessment, and reporting.
- Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including meetings, curriculum coordination, and development projects.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (BEd or equivalent).
- Experience of teaching and differentiating for pupils with SEND, including those with severe and/or profound learning difficulties.
- Strong classroom management and the ability to lead and motivate a staff team.
- A flexible, positive approach and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
- Commitment to providing high-quality education in a nurturing and supportive environment.
Experience or training in strategies such as PECS, TEACCH, or Makaton is desirable but not essential.

- MPS/UPS plus SEN Allowance
